Zne10 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the full terms of use for the zne10 platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any of our services. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein. These terms apply to all Malaysian users accessing the zne10 platform via web browser or mobile application.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the zne10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
To register and use the zne10 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- Not be subject to any local legal restriction that prohibits the use of online betting platforms;
- Register as a private individual and not as a corporate representative or business entity for personal use;
- Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information at all times.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold one zne10 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, an active mobile number and your accurate date of birth. zne10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. zne10 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to our security team immediately. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support right away so that protective measures can be taken. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
Payments, Transactions and MYR Deposits
All financial transactions on the zne10 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made through valid payment methods registered in their own name. Using a third party's payment method without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and a refund to the original account holder.
The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum deposit amounts and daily withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy stated in your account settings;
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by our security team;
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take between one to five business days;
- Zne10 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, for compliance purposes;
- Funds in accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may be subject to a maintenance fee in accordance with the current policy.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the zne10 platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform;
- Any form of fraud, identity falsification or manipulation of game outcomes;
- Money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
- Sharing an account with another individual or transferring account ownership;
- Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Zne10 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or betting decisions made by users. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service continuity. In all circumstances, zne10's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of the active balance in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
Account Suspension, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Zne10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, money laundering or a security threat. In cases of suspension due to a policy violation, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account must submit a written closure request through customer support and ensure there are no outstanding bets before the account is closed. Any remaining balance in a legitimately closed account will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
All content, design, logos, text, images, software and visual elements found on the zne10 platform are the exclusive property of zne10 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display or use any part of the platform's content for commercial or non-personal purposes without the express written consent of zne10. The zne10 brand name, logos and trademarks are our exclusive property and may not be used in any manner without official authorisation.
The zne10 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. zne10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security or practices of any linked third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk, and we encourage users to review the terms and privacy policies of those sites before providing any personal or financial information. The presence of a link to another website does not imply that zne10 endorses or supports the content or operations of that site.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Zne10 reserves the right to amend, update or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document for reference.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the zne10 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit any claims within twelve months from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim.
If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions or require further clarification on any provision, please contact our support team via email at [email protected].
